This is an official ACA course for the training & the assessment for L2 EKT.
This a pretty comprehensive 1.5 day intermediate course that's strongly encouraged for Trip Assistants and required for anyone advancing in the ACA.
Content includes intermediate kayak skills ( forward stroke refinement, sweep strokes, moving sideways, bracing, edging, brace turns, stern rudder ) as well as rescues ( deep water rescue & self-rescues ).
