  • Registering as a Kayak Paddler. Make sure you've been assessed for the skill level of this trip before registering.

Kayak: Intermediate: Sunnyside UP

Ride the tail of the ebb towards the Bridges and turn with the tide to get back to your remote work station before anyone notices.

  • Skill level: Intermediate (see what this means here)
  • Meet:  6:30 AM sharp at Queens Landing Boathouse - Long Island City
  • Slack 8:03AM (19th St.)
  • Return: 8:45 AM ish
  • Release: 9:15 AM

  • What to wear and bring

Dress to get wet, bring water, a snack, etc.

Avoid jeans or other heavy cotton clothing. Bring dry clothes in case you get wet and we have cool weather in the evening.
