Let's visit the Native Palm Garden at Randall's Island with one of the best views of NYC. There, we have tables to celebrate life with hot coca tea, cookies, cheese, and other delicacies. Trust me this time. Air temperature over 60, but water under 60 degrees. It is a winter paddle.  So wear a drysuit. Greenland rolling is optional.

• What to wear and bring

Dress to get wet, bring water, a snack, etc.

Avoid jeans or other heavy cotton clothing. Bring dry clothes in case you get wet and we have cool weather in the evening.
