Kayak: Intermediate Skills: Volunteer Training

Practice Skills- REGISTRATION BY REQUEST ONLY
Join us for fun paddle to Bushwick Inlet for a relaxed time to help each other learn and practice paddle skills and rescues.

Our small group will paddle to Bushwhack Inlet - a sheltered are of water to learn and practice the basic t-rescue, scoop, self, improve paddle strokes,or just have fun swimming.

 Intermediate Skills Required

• Skill level: Intermediate (see what this means here)
• Meet:  10 am sharp at Queens Landing Boathouse - Long Island City
• Launch 10:30pm
• Ebbing until  11:30pm 
• Return: 12:30 pm
• Done Cleanup: 1 pmish

• What to wear and bring

Dress to get wet, bring water, a snack, etc.

NO jeans or other heavy cotton clothing. Bring dry clothes in case you get wet.
