-= Clueless About Kayaking =-

Join us for a beginner-friendly kayaking trip where we’ll cover the fundamentals of boat control and safety, and if time allows, get a little wet practicing some wet exits. No experience needed, just bring your best Cher Horowitz attitude.  =)

Bonus: after the paddle, we’ll head to the park for a screening of Clueless. As if you’d want to miss it!

• Skill level: Beginners  (see what this means here)
• Meet:  5:15pm sharp at Queens Landing Boathouse - Long Island City
• Launch: ~5:45 PM
• Return and release around: 7:15 PM
• Trip leader: Alyssa & Kandice (co-leading)

What to wear and bring: 

• Dress to get wet, no jeans/other cotton clothing

• Remember to bring, water, a snack and a change of clothes.
