Kayak Rescue Training at Lake Sebago
Lake Sebago is a fabulous place to work on skills in a safe and relaxing environment.
I'll share some tips on how to perform efficient rescues Then we'll have some fun getting wet, taking turns rescuing each other and getting rescued. The goal will be to get each other back in our kayaks within 1 minute!
In the registeration notes, please include whether you have a car and also if you're able to car-top boats up to Sebago!
