Whether you’re getting ready to hit the water or looking to wind down sore muscles after a paddle, this class is designed to help you build mobility, ease, and calm in every stroke. You'll stretch, twist, and strengthen in ways that support your time on the water—no prior yoga experience needed.

About the instructor: Stephanie Taibe is an NYC-based yoga instructor and coach who creates welcoming, down-to-earth classes for all levels. Her Yoga for Paddlers session is thoughtfully designed to support paddlers—helping you move with greater ease and find a sense of calm on and off the water.
