The currents are not in our favor for a river trip so let's do a little creek exploration instead! We'll plan to paddle up the creek towards the turning basin for about an hour, with the aim of getting back to MASE before sunset. Hopefully, we'll see some fun birds. The temp is forecast to be in the mid 80s and breezy.
This is an advanced -beginner to intermediate trip due to the distance and windy conditions. There is some space for less skilled paddlers to join, as long as you feel you have the necessary stamina. If you are interested in joining please add yourself to the waitlist. We will add spots for bow paddlers and move people from the waitlist to the main registration as stern paddlers sign up.
Remember to dress for the conditions (it'll be on the warm side, and a little gusty); bring water and a snack.
