Start your week with a Monday afternoon paddle around Roosevelt Island. We usually paddle fast on the way up to catch the current change, and then take a more relaxed pace back.

Dress to get wet, bring water, a snack, etc. Avoid jeans or other heavy cotton clothing. Bring dry clothes in case you get wet and we have cool weather in the evening.
