On Mondays in August, we'll have good conditions for trips on the East River after work for five weeks in a row. Clear your Monday evenings! We'll see you on the river.
For this week's Monday trip, we'll head toward the Williamsburg Bridge for (hopefully) a sunset over the city that can't be beat. Once again, this will be a later trip and since it's August, please be prepared for cooler nights: bring a jacket just in case. Since it's late evening, we'll be using our lights by the end. If you have a headlamp, please bring it for extra visibility.
Remember to dress for the conditions, bring something warm, water and a snack.
