  • Registering as a Kayak Paddler. Make sure you've been assessed for the skill level of this trip before registering.
  • Only select this if you have been assessed as a NBCB Kayak Trip Assistant.

Kayak: Beginner & Intermediate: Improv Class

Last minute posting (waiting for weather to clear) suggests an improvisational approach to the trip, depending on who signs up.  You're going to be on the water, out of the heat and primed to learn some skills no matter what.  

  • Skill level:  Beginner and Intermediate (see what this means here)
  • Meet:  10:30 AM sharp at Queens Landing Boathouse - Long Island City
  • Low slack: 12:19pm (19th St.)
  • Return: 1 PM ish

  • What to wear and bring

Dress to get wet, bring water, a snack, etc.
